Maisons, institutions, producers — each at the standard the partner asks for, never merged into a single luxury voice.
These are the relationships that have carried the work across more than a decade — the champagne, cognac, and single-malt houses; the work-architecture and tableware ateliers; the lifestyle marques; the sovereign-cultural and academic institutions; and, in time, the producers closest to the land. Each carries its own standard. None is collapsed into a single luxury voice.
I owe each partner the honour of being read on their own terms. Krug at Krug standard; Hennessy at Hennessy standard; the Sarawak State Government at sovereign-cultural standard; Taylor's University at academic standard. The discipline is to keep that fidelity, page by page, year by year.
Each partnership has earned what came after. The Krug Ambassade work earned the Coteaux de Champagne honour. The wider maison and conservation work earned the Mérite Agricole. Each came as a gift from people who chose to walk alongside what I was trying to build.
The 2025 turn from restaurant operations to cultural diplomacy did not close any of these relationships. It redirected them. Each continues at its own pace, in its own form, into what comes next.
The houses chose this work for what it stands for, not for display. Each is a sign the work is taken seriously; none is the reason it matters.
